10 Gbps Serial Ethernet Testing Service

This offering spans 1 lane at 10Gbps, to 40 Gbps (4x 10Gbps) and 100 Gbps (10x 10Gbps) technologies.  Commonly, this may be referred to as 10 Gigabit Etherent,  40 Gigabit Ethernet, and 100 Gigabit Ethernet.  Note that "100 Gigabit Ethernet" can also be achieved through several other forms of Ethernet technologies outside of 10Gbps serial technologies - such as 4 lanes at 25 Gbps,  2 lanes at 50 Gbps,  or 1 lane at 100 Gbps.   

This service offering only addresses those technologies operating at 10Gbps serial data rates (from the perspective of the Ethernet Frame, or "MAC", level)

We offer a wide range of test plans for 10/40/100 Gigabit related products. Testing is available for Signaling, PCS, RS, MAC, Flow Control, and interoperability. 

We have over three decades of providing Ethernet verification, which has led us to having one of the largest interoperability test beds of recently released and legacy devices.

Our Customers

Cable and module manufacturers, Silicon vendors, Switch and Network Adapter OEMs are all welcome to work with us; contribute to, and test with, our interoperability test bed; and request conformance testing. 

Our Services

3rd-party neutral and confidential interoperability and conformance reports are provided to our customers. Members may schedule conformance and interoperability testing and work with our testing experts and developers. Members will also have access to our test beds that include devices from many manufacturers, providing a high level of confidence prior to deployment.

Periodic interoperability reports will be automatically provided to all member companies for their contributed cables, modules, and networking equipment provided to our test bed.

Any issues encountered during testing can be addressed via VPN secured remote access to your equipment.
