Mara is the Communications Coordinator at the University of New Hampshire InterOperability Laboratory (UNH-IOL) and began working here in Sept. 2015. Her role is to oversee all the internal and external communications for the lab. That includes all things digital and print while encompassing the overall IOL strategic objectives and driving branding and awareness efforts. She brings over 10 years of experience in B2C & B2B marketing strategies and prior to working at the IOL she was the Product & Marketing Manager at Irving Energy where she created campaigns for product & service marketing which including digital, community involvement, event & print marketing.
Mara Graduated in 2006 from the University of Southern Maine with a bachelor's degree in Communication. She also enhanced her experiences with an independent study at a full service marketing agency in Portland, ME which worked primarily with Maine non-profit organizations.
