The UNH-IOL and DSL Forum are distinct organizations. The UNH-IOL is hosting this event on behalf of the DSL Forum.
This is an official DSL Forum event. Membership in the UNH-IOL is optional, however, you MUST be a member of the DSL Forum to participate and gain access to the required test documents. For more information, visit www.dslforum.org.
Companies who are at least BASIC members in good standing of the University of New Hampshire InterOperability Laboratory's DSL Consortium may attend this Plugfest for free. Non-members may attend this one-week Plugfest for a fee of $4,000.00 USD per company. This fee may be applied towards future DSL Consortium membership for a period of two months following the final day of the Plugfest. For more information on the benefits of DSL Consortium membership, please visit the DSL Consortium homepage.
Each participating company will be allowed to have three people on site during this Plugfest. The cost for additional people is $500.00 USD per person per company.
A single registration or membership entitles the participant to ONE ACS test slot (which maybe be doubled-up) and ONE CPE test slot, should both be provided. Additional test slots require a separate registration and separate fee to encourage more diverse participation.
All fees are payable at the time of registration, onsite via check made payable to "The University of New Hampshire" and paid in U.S. funds, or via major credit card (VISA, MasterCard, Discover, American Express). Fees may now also now be paid online via MasterCard or Visa during the registration process.
All Plugfest attendees must complete the Plugfest registration form, regardless of length of stay. A completed registration form, submitted prior to the event, will be the only means for access to the Plugfest facility. The registration form must be submitted prior to the Plugfest. Failure to register before Friday, June 13th, 2008 will result in a $100.00 USD late fee per company. Please use the the on-line registration form to register all attendees and devices.
The Logistics Document contains detailed information about the Plugfest, including participant information, a detailed test schedule, and participant test capabilities. The results grids spreadsheet will be the format in which individual participant's overall results are reported.
A DSL Forum Non-Disclosure Agreement must be signed by all participating companies, and must be on file prior to participation in the Plugfest. The DSL Forum Plugfest NDA for 2008 covers all DSL Forum Plugfests held from January 1, 2008 to January 9, 2009. Companies that have already signed the 2008 DSL Forum Plugfest NDA (their NDA's are already on file with the the DSL Forum) need not sign it again until January 9, 2009, at which time a new Plugfest NDA will be issued. A list of companies that have already signed the most recent version of the 2008 DSL Forum Plugfest NDA is included below.
In addition, each participant physically present at the Plugfest must individually sign an acknowledgment of NDA, regardless of length of stay.
Completed NDA forms should be faxed to Lincoln Lavoie at +1-603-862-4181. Specific questions regarding the content of the NDA should be forwarded to Robin Mersh of the DSL Forum.
