new test UNH-IOL DCBX Wireshark Dissector

The Data Center Bridging Consortium is happy to announce a wireshark dissector for DCBX Draft 2.0 is now available HERE. Note: v2 includes a small fix to the priorities of the application TLV.

The Data Center Bridging Consortium was formed in December 2008 to test the newly announced suite of standards regarding "lossless" Ethernet. The Consortium focuses on testing and implementing IEEE 802.1 Data Center Bridging with members and industry in such a way that diverse systems and organizations have the opportunity to work together. We provide testing suites and services for the following standards:

  • 802.1Qau
  • 802.1Qaz
  • 802.1Qbb
  • 802.1Qbg
  • 802.1Qbh
Membership in this consortium shows vendor's determination to be conformant
to the IEEE standards and interoperable with other vendors' equipment.
