Shipping Information

Member companies shipping equipment to and from the UNH-IOL are required to cover all shipping and customs/duties costs. Failure to do so will require the University of New Hampshire InterOperability Laboratory to bill the member company for any outstanding shipping and customs/duties charges plus a one hundred dollar ($100 USD) handling fee.

Please be aware that:

• Crates must not exceed the dimensions of our elevator, which is 40 inches wide, 60 inches deep, and 78 inches high (1m x 1.5m x 2m). If a crate shipped to us is larger, we may have to de-crate the equipment in order to bring it into our lab.
• The loading dock is 30 inches high. Delivery trucks should have lift gates and a pallet jack to enable freight to be off-loaded.
• Please be aware that, due to the fact we do not have a direct loading dock, there may be additional freight charges for which you will be responsible.
